Picpoul, from the base of the Blue Mountains, is the perfect acid-driven summer white from Washington. It is crisp, invigorating, and so fresh it practically pops. Beautifully pale with aromas of lemon, peach, and white flowers. The palate is light and energetic, with bright acidity leading into a lingering, seamless finish. Perfect alongside seared scallops, oysters with champagne mignonette, or a hunk of cheese.
