Our 2021 Tempranillo is a lighter-bodied, high-acid red which boasts notes of sour cherry, tobacco, graphite, and leather. With medium tannins, high acid, and a medium body, this Spanish varietal is the perfect pairing for tomato-based dishes, white meats with tangy sauces, and even seafood. Try with Carolina-style barbecued pork, pepperoni pizza, Penne al Arrabbiata (a spicy tomato and red pepper sauce), Cioppino, or the Spanish-style seafood stew, Zarzuela de Mariscos.
